Ronna Schneider, MD
Peaceful Minds Pediatrics

Understanding the Project

Dr. Ronna Schneider started Peaceful Minds Pediatrics to help children and adolescents that are experiencing ADHD, anxiety and depression to receive thoughtful, individualized care via telehealth.

Business Goals

Before welcoming patients, Dr. Schneider’s new practice needed a complete brand identity and website from scratch. This site would introduce the business, establish trust and make specialized pediatric mental health care feel approachable.

Challenges

Dr. Schneider wanted a website to communicate calm, clarity and reassurance for parents feeling stressed, overwhelmed or unsure how to help their children. The site also had to explain Peaceful Minds Pediatrics’ services and telehealth model without adding confusion to an already emotional healthcare decision.

Marketing Strategy

TDF began by creating a cohesive visual identity for Peaceful Minds Pediatrics, including its logo and color palette that included:

  • Soft colors
  • Friendly typography
  • Welcoming, rounded image treatments

This aesthetic established a gentle, uplifting brand that reflects the compassionate nature of the practice.

That identity became the foundation for a warm, user-friendly website designed around the questions and concerns of parents. The homepage quickly explains who the practice serves, the conditions treated and what makes the practice’s approach different from other in-person or online offerings.

A streamlined navigation and natural page flow guide visitors from the challenges their children may be experiencing to services, telehealth availability, Dr. Ronna Schneider’s credentials, parent testimonials and appointment information.

Clear “Start Here” and “Request Appointment” calls to action help families understand their next step. TDF also developed empathetic, easy-to-understand copy that speaks directly to parents while explaining evaluations, treatment and medication management in reassuring language.

Results

The completed website gave Peaceful Minds Pediatrics a polished digital presence that feels credible, comforting and appropriate for pediatric mental health care.

TDF also received a WebAward for work on this site. WebAward judges praised:

  • The “sweet and calming design”
  • Beautiful logo and color palette
  • Approachable visual details
  • Clear content
  • Straightforward navigation

Reviewers also highlighted the site’s strong messaging, usability and simple path to make the appointment process easy to understand.

The Bottom Line

The website is building an online presence for this start-up private practice, and TDF continues to maintain the website and support its growth. The partnership is now expanding into social media content and digital advertising, helping Peaceful Minds Pediatrics build awareness and connect more families with care.
