The Deciding Factor, a strategic integrated marketing agency, was recently recognized by the Cincinnati Business Courier as a Finalist for their Best Places to Work distinction.

To receive the award, the agency’s employees completed a 40-question survey that covered topics such as whether employees were fulfilled in their work, felt appreciated and valued and if the company’s goals aligned with their own.
The Deciding Factor’s scores earned the company a place as one of three finalists in the small business, first-time participant category. In one response to an open-ended question in the survey, one employee wrote, “I consider working here a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.” A commitment to family and excellent client service is at the core of what distinguishes The Deciding Factor from other corporate environments. The agency recognizes that employees are most productive and creative when they are fulfilled in the work they’re doing and are able to find a work-life balance outside the office, Holzer said.
“Our team is like a family. Our hiring process is extremely selective and finding a good ‘fit’ is just as important as the credentials and experience on a resume,” Holzer said. “Because we like our clients, as well as appreciate their business, that rubs off on the team, and we’re all passionate about seeing them succeed.
