The Deciding Factor welcomed Caroline Crew to the team recently as Marketing Assistant. A May graduate of Loyola University Chicago, she majored in Marketing and Business Management and minored in Information Systems.
Before joining TDF, Crew worked as Sales and Marketing Associate at The Verdin Company — a Cincinnati manufacturer of bronze bells, clocks and towers. Fun fact: The Verdin Company is her family’s business. As part of her efforts at Verdin, Caroline managed lead data, developed the firm’s social media calendar and created social media content.
“I’m excited to expand my knowledge of marketing automation and look forward to offering the highest level of service to our clients,” Caroline says.
She showed her dedication to professional development right out of the gate by obtaining her Google Analytics/Ads certification in her first week.
“Caroline shows strong potential in the fields of marketing, marketing automation and social media,” says The Deciding Factor President Karen Meyers Holzer. “She has a passion for learning consumer behavior and data and we are very excited that she has joined our team!”
Family is important to Crew. Born in Cincinnati, she lives in Mariemont and her younger sister Samantha is a freshman at the University of Dayton. Along with her parents, she visits her grandma every Sunday as an important family tradition.
In her free time, Crew enjoys trying out different restaurants around Cincinnati and Chicago.
