The Deciding Factor is excited to expand its digital team and welcome Seth Drum as Digital Marketing Manager. Seth got his start in digital marketing in 2012 when Revana contracted him to work for Facebook as a Facebook Marketing Expert. Seth holds extensive background in digital marketing, having worked as a Lead Acquisition Leader for the Growth Works Team at Procter and Gamble.
“I love the complexity of being creative and data driven to solve the ever-changing digital media buying puzzle,” Seth says.
Drum grew up in a military family and is married to an Airforce officer, so specifying where he’s from is a little difficult. He’s lived everywhere from San Antonio to Phoenix to Ramstein Germany, but it is Baltimore, Maryland that he calls home – simply because he’s lived there the longest.
Drum now resides in Beavercreek, Ohio with his wife and two daughters, one of which is currently away studying neuroscience at the University of Texas.
“Seth’s paid and digital advertising expertise afford him the ability to push metrics toward objectives – not the other way around,” says Karen Meyers Holzer, President and CEO of The Deciding Factor. “We welcome his ability to stay abreast of ongoing product and technological developments and he is a great addition to our digital realm.”
In his spare time, Drum enjoys traveling with his family, supporting local restaurants, hiking with his Aussie (Blue) and working out at Orange Theory.
